Public browsing analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 on public directory pages to understand aggregate visits, navigation and engagement. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location and a pseudonymous client identifier.

Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Analytics is disabled on account, dashboard, authentication, claim, correction, review-submission and unsubscribe paths, and we do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses or other direct identifiers to Analytics. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google processes Analytics data as our service provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Accounts and submitted forms

If you create an account or submit a private form, we use what you provide to handle that request. It is not published automatically, and access is limited to authorised users.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, database and analytics providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information.
