Public browsing analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on public directory pages to understand aggregate visits, navigation and engagement. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Analytics is disabled on dashboard, authentication, claim, correction, review-submission, unsubscribe and private designer paths, and we do not intentionally send enquiry contents or direct identifiers to Analytics.

Accounts and enquiries

If you create an account, claim a profile or send an enquiry, the information you provide is used to operate that requested workflow. It is not published automatically, and access is limited according to the relevant homeowner, designer or firm relationship.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, database and analytics providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information.

Questions

Use the relevant account or directory workflow to request access, correction or withdrawal. Do not submit identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through a public form.
